In addition, in order to provide our scanning services, we electronically record the information contained on any business cards you send to us. We will not sell this information or share any of the information on those cards with outside parties other than core groups, which help our business function. However, in order to keep our marketing costs and prices low, we do reserve the right to send at most one message a year to these contacts to offer our services.

Further, we may ask you for feedback on our services and for demographic information. If we share this type of information, we will do so only in anonymous form, which means that the information will not contain any personally identifiable information about you.

If we change the terms and conditions or these policies, we will post these changes on our website.
